Second Chance is a program specifically for teen mothers and their babies to prevent homelessness and keep the teen mom & baby together. Our Second Chance program offers teen mothers and their babies a safe, stable placement with a host parent. In the host home, teens learn independent living skills, parenting skills and develop a healthy bond with their child. The goal of the program is for the teens to graduate high school, or get their GED, and be prepared to care for themselves and their child(ren) on their own. This program accepts mothers up to the age of 18. For more information, please call (973) 675-4484 ext.
